Hiran Cooray is the chairman of Jetwing Hotels in Sri Lanka. A family business begun in 1980, Jetwing is now renowned on and outside the island for a quality holiday experience. Jetwing partners with ARETÉ Academy to offer internship opportunities to teenagers. As a member of ARETÉ’s Board of Advisors, HiranCooray contributes with input from the corporate sector. He advises on international and local trends and what employers are looking for in new recruits. His ideas are very important to build and improve the content of ARETÉ leadership programs.
